Platform: Jeweltasks
1. Subscription & Billing
- Per-User Model: Billing is calculated at month-end based on total registered users in your system.
- Active User Policy: If a user was registered and active during the month, the per-user fee applies. Deleting a user on the last day to avoid charges is not permitted.
- Cancellations: You can cancel anytime, but no refund is provided for the current active billing month.
2. System Access & Conduct
- Permission Control: Users can access only the pages, buttons, and features assigned by the Company Admin.
- Lawful Use: Illegal activities and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited. Uploaded intellectual property remains the responsibility of the user/company.
3. Termination of Service
Jeweltasks reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately and without notice if there is evidence of software misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these terms.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes related to Jeweltasks are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
