Welcome to JewelTasks. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using JewelTasks, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

JewelTasks is an employment platform that connects jewellery-industry job seekers with jewellery businesses in India. We provide the meeting place — the employment relationship itself is between the job seeker and the employer.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide true and accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • One person or business may not create multiple fake accounts.
  • You must be legally eligible to work or hire in India.

3. Job Seekers

  • Your profile, experience and skills must be genuine.
  • Do not apply on someone else's behalf without permission.
  • JewelTasks never charges job seekers for applying to jobs. If anyone asks you for money to get a job, report them immediately.

4. Employers

  • Job posts must be real, legal and accurately described.
  • You may contact candidates only for genuine hiring purposes.
  • Candidate data may not be copied, sold or used for marketing.
  • Verification badges are granted by JewelTasks after checks and may be removed for violations.
  • Paid features are subject to your subscription plan and our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fake jobs, fake companies or misleading listings.
  • Charging candidates fees for placement.
  • Harassment, discrimination or abusive messages.
  • Uploading unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape or disrupt the platform.

Violations may lead to content removal, suspension or a permanent ban, and where appropriate, reporting to authorities.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You own the content you upload and grant JewelTasks a licence to display it for providing the service. The JewelTasks name, logo and platform design are our property.

7. Disclaimers

We work hard to verify businesses and remove bad actors, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any job application, interview or hire. Use your judgment and never pay anyone who promises you a job.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JewelTasks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
