GST, Udyam, a current account in the firm's name, and BIS if you will sell hallmarked jewellery. IEC if you plan to export.

Machinery, in order of need

Bench tools first, then casting, then finishing. Buy laser welding when volume justifies it, not before.

Staffing

One experienced karigar who can train helpers beats three average ones. Hire that person first.

Compliance you will forget

Fire safety, electrical load approval, and PF/ESIC registration once you cross the employee threshold.
