Most jewellery job posts fail for the same reason: they describe the company instead of the job.
Lead with the work
Say exactly what the person will make. "Bridal kundan sets, 22kt" tells a karigar more than three paragraphs about your brand.
Put the salary range in
Posts with a range get several times the applications. Withholding it does not get you a cheaper hire; it gets you fewer applicants.
Name the location precisely
The area, not just the city. People decide by how far they have to travel.
Say what is provided
Accommodation, food, transport, PF. For migrant karigars this often decides the application.
Write in the language they read
